Exchange Policy: 

Please inspect shipped products upon delivery. Any product damaged during shipping must be reported within 5 days of receipt to be eligible for replacement. Once the damaged product is received back by our office, a replacement will be sent.

Due to sanitation and safety considerations, opened skin care products cannot be returned or refunded.

Please be aware: As outlined in the signed treatment consent, all aesthetic procedures are final sale and are not eligible for refund. Individual results vary, and no particular outcome or result from treatment can be guaranteed.

A Return and Exchange policy usually consists of:

• Terms of Exchange (product damaged during shipping must be reported within 5 days of receipt)
• State of return (product must be returned in it's original shipping box, if the box was damaged during shipping pictures must be provided and a replacement of equal size must be provided.)
• Reason for Exchange (Please include the reason for exchange)

• Process of Exchange (i.e. Once original item has been received a replacement will be ordered for shipment. Expect 7-10 days from time of receipt of damaged product)
