Medical Weight Loss Consultation is a one hour in office visit

- Voucher for 45 min with a personal trainer
- Education and administration of first dose of medication
- Review of program treatment and follow
Consultation fee and first month membership is due at time of visit.
Medication and supplies will be shipped directly to members home.

B-12 MIC Injections
B-12 (MIC) injections contain Methionine, Inositol, Choline. MIC supplements can improve fatigue, and help with metabolism of fat. During weight loss it is important to maintain muscle tissue and L-Methionine an essential amino acid can assist in this process while losing weight. Other essential amino acids assist in maintaining skeletal muscle and the breakdown of fat. In addition it provides B5, B6 and B12 to improve energy.

Effective Medical Weight Loss
Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. Failure to call or cancel online 24 hours in advance will result in a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellation Fees must be paid prior to rebooking and a card will be needed on file to reschedule.
