In person consultation for men's testosterone replacement in Uniontown, Ohio. Includes cost of initial labs required for any member to begin testosterone therapy.  

Review of labs for low t therapy to be completed at any LabCorp prior to in person visit. 

Please ensure you schedule this appointment at least one week out to allow time to complete labs.

Routine follow up labs

     Labs are necessary at 3, 6, and 12 months after initiation of men's testosterone replacement treatment or anytime a dose change may be necessary. This ensures medication is effective and safe.

Lab fees can be avoided when selecting a Men's Elite package *limit 4 lab draws in a 12 month period.

Routine labs up to 4x a year as needed.

As needed visit outside of normal Men's health membership appointments. These appointments are intended for additional coaching or to manage side effect and health concerns related to men's testosterone treatment only. 

Any general health concerns should be scheduled with your primary care provider.

• Refills will not be provided for any outstanding balances
• Refills may be delayed if required labs are not obtained
